During the past few years, Albrecht, Incorporated has increased it's efforts to support environmental awareness issues.  Several of the programs it has undertaken have also increased support of community programs.  Here is a list of organizations we have partnered with:

Weaver SecurShed Program This program, sponsored by Weaver Industries, handles the shredding and recycling of sensitive business documents and has assisted the company in compliance with federal and state regulations in this area.  The service not only benefits Albrecht, Incorporated but also provides vocational training and employment for individuals with developmental disabilities. 

Ardmore Foundation This organization provides support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in Summit County.  It also supports the Frontier Initiative, dedicated to meeting the needs of adults with autism. Albrecht, Incorporated recently donated used cell phones and land-line handsets to the organization for its use.

Goodwill Industries   Goodwill has partnered with Reconnect, a residential recycling program for used computer equipment, and Albrecht, Incorporated has used this service during the past year to dispose of used equipment.  The program wipes hard drives, disassembles hardware and sells parts to recyclers. Not only does this keep the equipment out of landfills, but it also provides jobs for persons with disabilities.
