Albrecht Inc was founded in 1932 by Fred W. Albrecht to meet the real estate needs of the Fred W. Albrecht Grocery Company. The company’s success in developing and managing grocery store properties soon led the principals to invest in additional retail and industrial property, which was developed and made available to a variety of local and national tenants.
